Director of Business Services
Director of Business Services serves as a member of the senior leadership and shares accountability for advancing PLGB's vision, mission, and strategic plan. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing HR strategy and should be able to simultaneously manage the strategic and planning operations of the Business Services, within the agency including: establishment of financial policies, procedures, control and reporting systems, budgets, general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Promoting and implementing human resource values in support of Participation Lodge Grey Bruce’s (PLGB) mission.
Registered Practical Nurse
We are currently looking for RPNs for our main site in Holland Centre, home to 22 residents. While we are considered a "large group home", our small size allows for more individualized care and provides a calmer-paced work environment compared to large care facilities or hospitals.
Our RPNs lead a wonderful team of PSWs to provide daily support to all residents in a fun, familial setting.

Personal Support Worker

Environmental Service Worker
We are currently looking for Environmental Service Workers for our main site in Holland Centre, home to 22 supported individuals. We are a dedicated team, seeking to support and enrich the lives of those we support. The Environmental Services staff play a critical role in maintaining the health and well-being of our clients by ensuring Infection, Prevention and Control standards are maintained.
Our Kitchen Helpers assist the cooks with food prep, grocery pick-up (vehicle provided), and stocking, with the ability to pick-up and cover 11 hour Cook shifts during vacations and/or absences - with an increase in pay!
Volunteers increase the level of support and range of activities we are able to facilitate. If you’re seeking to help out in the community or to accumulate school volunteer hours, we have opportunities available
Contributing financially to our agency directly benefits our supported individuals by supplementing the cost of service and upgrading equipment.
Our large meeting space can comfortably seat up to 100 people. Rental fees include table and chair setup to your specification. For an additional fee, our fully renovated kitchen facilities can be utilized for your event.
