Manger of Core Services

I’m a Certified Nutrition Manager and Red Seal Chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, along with 6 years in environmental services and building maintenance management. I specialize in creating nutritious, cost-effective, high-quality menu's while ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. With a strong focus on leadership, operational excellence, and client satisfaction, I’m committed to ensuring PLGB is delivering standards that support both health and functionality.

Katie Cuillerier - Chief Executive Officer

I have a strong background in nursing leadership, public health, and quality assurance, and bring a breadth of experience to Participation Lodge Grey Bruce. Prior to joining PLGB, I served as Director of Nursing at Gateway Haven, overseeing support services and implementing quality and risk management systems. My public health leadership includes managing key programs such as Healthy Babies Healthy Children, Infectious Disease, and Harm Reduction. I also played a critical role in regional COVID-19 response efforts as a member of the Emergency Task Force, Ministry lead, and vaccine planning lead for the distribution in Grey Bruce.

I’m proud to lead PLGB at a time of transformation and growth. I look forward to guiding our team with innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to the people and communities we serve.

Sarah Ingram

Director of Programs

As Director of Programs, I oversee the delivery of person-centered programs and services at Participation Lodge Grey Bruce, drawing on over a decade of experience in social services. Originally from the Grey Bruce region, I am excited to return home after building my career in Kitchener-Waterloo, and am passionate about fostering inclusive, high-quality supports in my community.

Adriana Bell

Director of Business Services

I am driven by a belief that every individual deserves to have agency in their life. My previous roles have centered around providing individuals with security and stability, while developing business capacity, asset stability, brand development and strategic expansion in both profit and non-profit organizations. I have professional interests in expanding housing availability from new construction to redevelopment projects, revenue diversification opportunities for non-profits, innovation and future-readiness in service delivery and asset management, place-making, and social equity. I am excited to contribute and collaborate with the community here at PLGB. I have an MA in Religion and Culture, and MBA in Strategic Leadership, and a lifetime of learning yet to come.

Ryan Kittel - Manager of Supports and Services

Ryan Kittel

Manager of Supports and Services

I'm happy to be part of the PLGB team and offer my experience in the developmental services sector.  Most recently, I have come from a role supporting staff and individuals in the Supported Independent Living and Community Participation areas.  I also have a degree in Human Resources and Personnel Administration from McMaster University and enjoy coaching our team and supporting professional development.  I am the Manager of Supported Group Living and the Acquired Brain Injury program here at PLGB and I enjoy helping supported individuals access their independence.

Ryan Gurney

Manager of Community Supports

With over a decade of extensive experience in behavioural, developmental and social services, along with a strong track record of supporting individuals through person-directed service plans. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and inclusion, qualities that align closely with our organizational values. I have a proactive approach to team development in a safe and empowering environment. Over the years, I have worked extensively within our organization and the broader sector, consistently demonstrating leadership, empathy and collaborative approach to care.

 

My education includes a Bachelor’s in Law and Justice from Laurentian University and a Personal Support Worker certificate from Georgian College. My Law and Justice background gives me strong critical-thinking and administrative skills, while my PSW training gives me real hands-on experience that shapes how I lead and support others.

Currently, I manage two community programs within Owen Sound and three Intensive Community Support programs in the area. I look forward to continued development in my leadership position.

Ashley Campbell - Manager of Community Supports

Ashley Campbell

Manager of Community Supports

I am a dedicated leader with over a decade of experience in inclusive program management and community support. I hold a BA in Psychology from York University, a CAPM certification, and I have recently completed my PMP designation with the Project Management Institute. At Participation Lodge Grey Bruce, I manage the Assisted Living (apartments) programs, APSW program, and the Outreach & Bathing programs, with a focus on dignity, accessibility, and person-centered care. I strive to integrate DEI principles and project management expertise to enhance service quality and supported individuals outcomes.
