Our Facilities
Participation Lodge Grey Bruce’s main site is located on a beautiful rural property just outside of Holland Centre. This location is our main lodge and is home to a variety of amenities available for community use and rental. Including a spacious banquet hall, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting outdoor areas.
In addition to our main location, our dedicated team provides supports and services in several other communities across the Grey Bruce region. We are proud to be part of a network of inclusive programming that extend far beyond our central site.
Gym
Our fully accessible gym is located on the lower level of our Holland Centre site. It features professional-grade weights and a variety of exercise equipment. It is perfect for both rehabilitative and recreational use. Our gym is an excellent choice for local people in search of a welcoming and well-maintained facility. It is open to the public through single day passes or monthly memberships.

Therapeutic Pool
Our therapeutic pool has been a local attraction for many years. One of the few indoor pools in the area, we are equipped with a wheelchair ramp and overhead lift to facilitate full accessibility. The shallow depth and warmer than average temperatures are ideal for therapeutic use, and for families desiring a safe and private place for recreational swimming.
Sensory Room
Our fully renovated Sensory Room -formerly known as the Snoezelen Room- is designed as a space where all sensory input can be controlled to meet the needs of the user. Often used to reduce agitation by replacing sensory input a person finds overwhelming (such as harsh lighting, loud noises, intense smells) with calming items. Sensory rooms can aid in a variety of ways including with developmental tasks, stimulating the senses, and providing therapy to individuals with sensory issues. .
Banquet Hall
Our spacious banquet hall is the perfect setting for community events, meetings, celebrations, or workshops- comfortably seating up to 100 guests. Our hall offers flexibility, function, and accessibility. Your rental includes tables and chairs arranged to suit your event needs. For added convenience, you can also access our newly renovated kitchen for an additional fee which is ideal for catered meals, light refreshments, or full food service.
Transportation
Whether it is for group outings, appointments, or special events, our ProMaster Bus is the perfect transportation solution. Designed for both comfort and accessibility, this spacious vehicle offers flexible seating, wheelchair access, and smooth, reliable performance, making it ideal for transporting small groups safely and efficiently.
With its wide entry, high roof, and user-friendly features, the ProMaster Bus helps ensure everyone travels in comfort and style. It is perfect for community programs, medical appointments, or transporting individuals with mobility needs.
