Where Are We?
Participation Lodge Grey Bruce is founded in Holland Centre, Ontario, where our main site is located on a beautiful 25-acre property surrounded by the natural landscapes of Grey County. This peaceful, rural setting provides a calm and therapeutic environment. These beautiful grounds allow for accessible outdoor spaces, recreational areas, and a strong sense of community and connection to nature.
We also support individuals through additional community-based housing at the following locations:
-
Owen Sound, where we offer both Assisted Living apartments and Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. Our SIL program supports individuals in houses, fostering independence while offering flexible, personalized support based on individual needs.
-
Hanover, home to a set of Assisted Living apartments, providing a supportive living environment that fosters empowerment and community engagement.
Our services also extend throughout Grey and Bruce Counties through the Adult Protective Services (APS) Program. This program supports adults living independently in the community, offering advocacy, service coordination, and ongoing assistance to help them live safely and confidently in their own homes.
Wherever we serve, Participation Lodge Grey Bruce remains dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-directed care rooted in respect, dignity, and inclusion.
