Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living Program provides essential daily living supports to 20 individuals across two separate apartment buildings – locations include Owen Sound and Hanover. Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist with scheduled and unscheduled support such as personal care, community integration, medication support, meal preparation, and daily routines. This program not only supports clients’ independence but also fosters a sense of belonging and connection within the community.
