The Outreach program is designed to help self-directed individuals who require some assistance to be able to remain in their own homes. Our Outreach team travels throughout Grey and Bruce Counties to deliver in-home services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and personal support.

The Bathing Program at Participation Lodge Grey Bruce (PLGB) provides essential personal care services to individuals living independently and is offered in Markdale and Hanover. The program offers trained staff who assist clients with bathing and hygiene for individuals that may have difficulty managing alone due to physical limitations or health concerns.
