Booking is done through the Residential Services Supervisor.
Length of Stay
The maximum length of stay is one month. Longer times may be approved under extenuating circumstances.
Transportation to and from the Lodge is the responsibility of the Respite client and/or their family or caregiver.
Meals, accommodation, attendant care services, nursing services, inclusion in planned activities with persons residing full time at the Lodge. Individuals are responsible for supplying their own toiletries, incontinent supplies, medical supplies etc.
Acceptance of a person into the respite program is done after an application package is filled out by the individual or their family and is reviewed for suitability to service.
Criteria for acceptance:
A person will be removed from program if the information form is false or misleading.
Once the individual application is accepted, the individual’s name is entered into the Respite book and a confirmation letter is sent.
